Parts fitted to vehicles used in racing or other competitive activities, or for extreme off-road purposes, will not be covered under warranty. If T & H Wreckers denies a warranty claim due to the purchaser’s contribution to the failure, T & H Wreckers reserves the right to recover out-of-pocket expenses incurred in reviewing the claim, including freight or dismantling and inspection costs. The purchaser will be responsible for these expenses. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser named on the invoice.
