PartsOnline.com.au is committed to helping you find quality used auto parts online while ensuring the protection of your privacy. We have developed robust and secure part locating services so that you can connect with wreckers and parts suppliers with confidence.

We are one of the few used auto parts locators that allows you to remain largely anonymous when you place your request.

What we ask you to provide

To submit a used auto parts request to our network of wreckers, auto dismantlers, and other used parts vendors, you are required to provide:

(1) your email address, (2) your name, and (3) the city, state and post code where the part will be shipped if purchased.

You are not required to provide a phone number or a street address.

This information is used only so that our subscribers can reply to your request. We do not provide your email address to any salvage yard for marketing lists, and each subscriber has agreed to keep your information confidential under our Subscriber Agreement.

Information we may collect and store includes:

(2) your name;
(3) vehicle details (year, make, model);
(4) city, state and post code for shipping;
(5) details about the part(s) requested; and
(6) your phone number, if you choose to provide it.

Information you provide is transmitted via SSL using up to 256-bit encryption. We employ current best practices to keep your data private.

We do not store credit card or other sensitive payment information on our servers.
