Warranty Policy
General Warranty Coverage
Our wreckers extend a 3-day start-up warranty to most car parts we offer (excluding electronic parts such as airbags/clock-springs etc.) This assures the part’s proper functioning upon installation. If any issues arise within 3 days of purchase, we provide an 85% refund of the product’s cost. The warranty period commences from the purchase date as indicated on the original sales receipt or invoice.
Warranty Limitations:
Our warranty policy exclusively covers the cost of the supplied product and does not encompass labor charges, installation expenses, or related costs.
Damage, malfunction, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, negligence, or part modifications are not within the scope of our warranty.
The warranty does not encompass incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, inconvenience, or other expenses arising from a defective part.
